Welcome to AMZ Creative Studio by Groozov! Thank you for choosing us to bring your product vision to life. These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you (the “Client”) and AMZ Creative Studio regarding our services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Framework & Agreement
These Terms define the structure of our collaboration, ensuring clarity and smooth execution of your project. By proceeding with any project, the Client acknowledges our expertise and professional standards.
• Acceptance of these Terms is required before project initiation.
• Work will not commence until these Terms are formally agreed upon.

Our services cover Amazon listing images, 3D rendering, product packaging design, and other e-commerce visuals—all crafted to optimize conversions and elevate your brand.
2. Copyright & Usage Rights
• Ownership of deliverables (including images, graphics, and other visual assets) remains with AMZ Creative Studio until full payment is received.
• Unauthorized use before payment is strictly prohibited.
• We use only licensed stock images with commercial usage rights, ensuring compliance with intellectual property laws.
• Clients do not own raw files (such as PSD or editable design files) unless explicitly purchased.
3. Payment Terms
• Payments are accepted via Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe, and other accredited payment services integrated into our Wix platform.
• Invoices are issued through Wix secure payment system.
• Clients must maintain a valid payment method on file and are responsible for any chargeback or NSF (non-sufficient funds) fees.
• Work will only commence after the payment is processed.
4. Refund Policy
• Refunds are not available for any completed work.
• No refunds will be provided for 3D modeling, custom designs, or stock image licenses purchased for the project.
• If the final product significantly deviates from the agreed-upon project scope, we are open to fair resolution.
5. Turnaround Time
• Standard project completion time is 10-15 business days, depending on project complexity and current workload.
• Larger or more custom projects may take longer; estimated timelines will be discussed during order confirmation.
• We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, incomplete client materials).
6. Client Responsibilities
Since AMZ Creative Studio is not a photography service, clients must provide high-resolution product images for their projects.
Required materials for each service include:
• Amazon listing images / A+ Content: High-resolution product photos or renders, product details, and competitor links.
• 3D rendering: Photos from all angles and exact product dimensions.
• Packaging design: Dieline template, dimensions, and required text/logos.
Failure to provide suitable materials may result in project delays or additional fees for 3D product visualization.
7. Revisions Policy
Each project includes up to five (1+4) revision rounds, available within seven (7) days after delivery of the first completed draft.
The revision structure is as follows:
1 Major Revision Round
The first revision round may include major adjustments if required, such as:
• Changes to lifestyle scenes
• Product replacement within a scene
• Significant design adjustments
• Full reconstruction of an image when necessary
4 Minor Revision Rounds
The remaining revision rounds are intended for minor adjustments, including but not limited to:
• Text corrections or wording changes
• Small visual refinements
• Minor layout adjustments
• Color or design tweaks
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery of the first draft.
If the revision period has expired, the included revision rounds have been fully used, or requested changes exceed the scope of the revision policy, additional revisions may be provided at an extra cost, which will be quoted individually based on the scope of the requested changes.
Revisions must align with the original project scope. Any requests outside of this scope may require additional charges.
8. Portfolio & Commercial Use Rights
• AMZ Creative Studio reserves the right to use completed projects in our portfolio, marketing, and case studies, unless the Client explicitly opts out.
• If a Client requests confidentiality, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be arranged.
9. Limitation of Liability
• We are not responsible for product sales, market performance, or conversion rates resulting from our designs.
• Clients acknowledge that success on e-commerce platforms depends on multiple factors beyond visuals (pricing, competition, marketing strategies, etc.).
• We are not liable for any loss or damage related to shipping, product issues, or third-party influences.
10. Confidentiality
• All non-public personal or business information shared with AMZ Creative Studio is considered confidential.
• We will not disclose sensitive business data to third parties unless required by law.
11. Service Autonomy
AMZ Creative Studio retains full autonomy over design methods, creative execution, and workflows. While we value Client feedback, the artistic direction remains at our discretion.
12. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of any changes via:
• A notice on our website.
• Email communication (if applicable).
• Agreement confirmation before proceeding with new projects.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
